2. Diagram for principle of central air condition system

     a.The heat exchange of this system is completed by two water circulation systems. The temperature difference
        of return water and input (output) water of water circulation system represents the exchange amount of heat. 
        It should be a rational control method to use the temperature of input (output) water to control the speed of 
        circulating water,in order to control heat exchange rate.

       
3. Refit for energy saving of central air condition system by inverter

    a.Control method for the cooling water circulation system 
     Achieve energy saving purpose through measuring the temperature difference of intake water and return water
        by the control of frequency change.
     
    b.Control method for the frozen water circulation system
     Achieve energy saving purpose through the control of frequency change for the temperature of return water.

    
 

1. Advantage of inverter applied in air condition system
  
    a.The noise is lower for the motor, fan operated under low speed.
    b.The inverter has soft start function, so the simultaneous start torque and start current will be reduced to 
       save electricity.
  
   In various sectors, common air condition system is designed at the peak load. However,the peak load only
   accounts for 5% of total operation time.    
   It means the system is operated under partial load at most time. So, there is big space for saving energy.

2. The inverter application in air condition system could be categorized into two parts
  
    a.The inverter is used to control the pump.
    b.The inverter is used to control the fan.

    a.Save electricity expense : Save around 1,054,080KWH/yr of electricity, and cut emission of CO2 695,692Kg/yr .
    b.Save money : Based on NT$ 3/DEGREE , cost saving will be = 1,054,080 x 3 = 3,162,240.
