PID constant pressure control function

PID constant pressure control function

The pressure sensor feeds back the signal to the inverter and send the output frequency of the inverter according to PID calculation to control the speed of the drive motor to achieve constant pressure water supply in the system.
The keypad can simultaneously display the set pressure and the actual pressure value, which is convenient for modifying the required pressure point and monitoring the current pressure status.

Parameter copying function of main and sub machines
The parameters of the inverter can be copied directly from the main machine to all auxiliary machines without setting parameters one by one.

Pump shift operation control function
Multiple inverters can be connected in parallel for pump shift operation to avoid rusting and jamming caused by long-term pump inactivity and prolong pump service life.

E-mode(Equal mode)
Multiple inverters operate at the same speed to maintain constant system pressure.

F-mode(Full mode)
Only one inverter automatically adjusts the speed, and the other inverters run at full speed to maintain constant system pressure.

S-mode(Special mode)
The main pump is automatically regulated by the inverter, and the rest of the pumps are controlled by the city power.
On-Off Mode

On-Off Mode

When the leakage level is outside the set range, the pump will start operation to maintain the system pressure, avoiding frequent start/stop and longtime energy consumption at low speed, and reduce unnecessary operation noise and power consumption.

Smart Time Period Constant Pressure Regulation Water Supply

Smart time period constant pressure water supply can be set according to daily life, and the water pressure of peak/off-peak can be adjusted automatically to achieve energy saving leakage reduction and pipeline protection. Can be set up to eight stages, and the longest cycle time is one week.

Pump Protection Function

Water shortage protection
Cavitation prevention prevents the pump from operating for a long time causing cavitation damage to the impeller. Dry rotation protection prevents the pump shaft seal from being worn out due to prolonged dry rotation.

Over-pressure protection
This function can be used to prevent pipeline damage when the system pressure is abnormal, the pressure is momentarily too high or the outlet valve is momentarily closed.

Parallel ON/OFF
It can be set whether the inverter is put into parallel control of the main and auxiliary machine.

Prediction and Maintenance

  • With PTC motor overheat protection function, it will automatically issue an overheat warning or tripping for protection.
  • Records such as operating hours, power transmission hours, and error code history can be queried, which is convenient for planning maintenance and overhaul.
  • The over-temperature warning and fan management functions can prolong the service life of the fan, reduce noise, save energy, and prolong the service life of the inverter.
  • The fan is designed with modular quick-release design. Can easily replace the fan without tools to maintain stable operation.
