This feature enables it to achieve a power factor of 0.95 or higher during rated power operation, effectively enhancing power usage efficiency and significantly reducing ineffective current on the power side. Product Features
- The built-in active Power Factor Correction (PFC), with a power factor of 0.95 or higher, effectively minimizes energy loss in the power system and reduces the load on electrical equipment, surpassing EN 61000-3-2 Class A standards.
- The built-in automatic voltage stabilization function prevents the inverter characteristics from being affected by unstable supply voltage.
- The built-in ErP module complies with the EU Directive ErP 2009/125/EC and automatically cuts off the power (including the upper control and inverter) when it sleeps.
- A 60W (12VDC, 5A) power supply is provided for the upper control group.
- The built-in ascension motor control module supports analog DC 0~5V and optical pulse signals for position feedback. It enables communication without segmented ascension control, allowing the upper control to be automatically calibrated.
- The built-in dynamic brake resistor automatically engages when the motor's return voltage becomes too high, suppressing the inverter's PN voltage and preventing damage to the inverter caused by excessive voltage. An optional external brake module is also available.
- An external AC fan can be connected, and the inverter can control the start/stop of the AC fan based on temperature control and settings.
- The temperature-controlled fan can be programmed to start and stop automatically based on temperature levels, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing noise. The quick-disassembly design facilitates maintenance and extends the fan's lifespan.
- The password protection parameter function can be configured to allow modification, read-only access, or to remain hidden based on specific requirements. This feature ensures parameter preservation and facilitates effective management.
- The inverter will automatically record the operating hours for use in upper control planning, treadmill maintenance management, and overall planning.
Safety Function
- The inverter design complies with the insulation distance requirements of EN 60335-1/UL61800-5-1 and the safety standards of UL 60730-1/UL 1647.
- The design conforms to CE certification and can be equipped with an optional EMC filter to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, meeting the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of various countries.
