The RM6T6A series inverter is a motor inverter designed for commercial fitness clubs, featuring the latest control technology. It can seamlessly switch between resistance training and treadmill training modes. It is equipped with a built-in 60W power supply, sufficient for the upper control of a large TFT display, and provides comprehensive treadmill functions, including ascension control, electromagnetic brake control, and dynamic braking.

Control Mode
- Supporting both treadmill mode and resistance training mode, it can control AC induction motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and DC brushless motors to output powerful torque at extremely low speeds. The lowest speed range can reach 0.2 km/h, making it suitable for rehabilitation treadmills.
- It can be utilized in both treadmill mode and resistance training mode, maintaining closed-loop control through speed feedback even at zero speed.
Function Features
- The built-in pedometer function does not require additional sensor modules. The inverter can achieve pace detection, enabling various new trend applications such as equipment usage, step count, mileage accumulation, and calorie consumption, all at a more competitive cost.
- A 60W (12VDC, 5A) power supply is included for the upper control. (12VDC, 3A available in box models).
- Built-in ascension motor control module supports analog DC 0~5V and optical pulse signals for position feedback. It also provides communication for stage ascension control, allowing automatic calibration by the upper control.
- Built-in dynamic brake resistor automatically operates when the motor return voltage is too high to suppress the inverter PN voltage and prevent damage to the inverter due to excessive voltage. An optional external brake module is also available.
- Built-in electromagnetic brake control function can lock the running belt when the power is off to prevent people from accidentally slipping and getting hurt.
- The temperature-controlled fan can be configured to automatically start and stop based on temperature levels, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing noise.
- The power-off and speed-reduction function enhances the safety of treadmill users in the event of a sudden power failure during exercise and can be activated through settings.
- The password protection parameter function can be configured to allow modification, read-only access, or to remain hidden, providing parameter preservation and management based on demand.
- The inverter software can be upgraded through communication via the RJ-45 terminal without the need for an additional programming process, thereby reducing maintenance and management costs.
- Up to 10 abnormality histories can be recorded, and each record includes more than 10 types of abnormal operation data for reference during maintenance inspections.
Safety Function
- The inverter design complies with the isolation distance requirements of EN 60335-1/UL61800-5-1 and the safety regulations of UL 60730-1/UL 1647.
- The design complies with CE certification and can be equipped with an optional EMC filter to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, meeting the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of various countries.
- The structural strength passed the 1.2G tri-axial vibration test.
