Control Mode
- Supports AC induction motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, brushless DC motors, and other types of motor control. It can output powerful torque at very low speeds, with the lowest speed configurable to reach 0.2 km/h. Suitable for rehabilitation treadmill applications.
- The motor parameters can be quickly and accurately adjusted using the static or dynamic auto-tuning function, effectively saving tuning time.
Function Features
- No need for an additional sensor module; the inverter has a built-in pace detection function. It can be used for various emerging applications such as equipment usage, step count, mileage accumulation, and calorie consumption, making the product more competitive.
- The built-in ascension motor control module supports VR analog signals and light mask pulse signals, providing communication with stepless ascension control and an automatic stroke correction function.
- The inverter fan can be configured to start and stop automatically based on the temperature level, improving energy efficiency, reducing noise, and extending the fan's lifespan.
- The power-off deceleration function enhances the safety of treadmill users in the event of a power failure and can be activated through settings.
- The password protection function can be configured to allow modification, read-only access, or remain hidden based on demand, providing parameter protection and management.
- The inverter software can be upgraded through the RJ-45 terminal without requiring an additional programming process, reducing maintenance and management costs.
- The inverter passes the 1.5G tri-axial vibration test and can monitor the temperature with a built-in NTC, providing over-temperature warnings and automatic trip stops.
Safety Function
- The inverter design complies with the isolation distance requirements of EN 60335-1/UL61800-5-1 and the safety regulations of UL 60730-1/UL 1647.
- The design conforms to CE certification and can be equipped with an optional EMC filter to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, meeting the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of various countries.
- The structural strength has passed the 1.2G tri-axial vibration test.
